Eligibility Criteria for Fully Funded Government Scholarships.

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of an eligible country.
• Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent for Master’s program applications.
• English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate a good command of English, as most universities teach in English.
• Work Experience: Demonstrate work experience, with varying conditions applying to different regions.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrate leadership experience from current or previous employers or from civil society engagement.
• Tuition Fees: Be liable to pay tuition fees to Swedish universities.
• Admission: Be admitted to one of the eligible master’s programs by a specified deadline.
• Previous Studies in Finland: Not have studied in Finland before.
• Current Enrollment: Not be currently enrolled in a degree program in Finland.
